It’s every Star Wars fan’s dream: thirty minutes of long-lost, deleted scenes from Return Of The Jedi available to watch online.
One anonymous Star Wars fan is risking copyright infringement notices by posting a haul of content on Facebook. The dedicated fan reportedly paid $699 for a LaserDisc on eBay. The disc originates from LucasFilm, which has historically used LaserDiscs to save content for editing.
So far, the footage seems to focus on Luke Skywalker and Yoda, including classic scenes from different perspectives and dialogue that was cut from the final movie.
